CAP device applicable to reduce the pollutant such as SPM,NOx,SOx,CO, CO2 emitted from industrial effluent gases.
CAP designed on the basis of types of industries, stack analysis of pollutants, availability of space for implement the CAP system in plant, various parameter for boiler safety and efficiency, variation of operating parameter, etc.
CAP Device mainly worked in three stage:-
- To reduce the suspended particular matter
- To reduce the toxic gases such as NOx,CO,HC through catalytic conversion
- To capture the CO2 and SOx through inert wet anion exchange resin.
- System is renewable. There are no requirement of material replacement in device.
- Efficiency of system can optimize easily as per type of industrial effluent gases.
- system designed with considering to resolve the back pressure problem and without influencing boiler efficiency.
- During operation, No manpower require if automation system is include with system.
- low capital & operating cost due to compact design of device based on stack analysis.
- Require minimum water to renew the system
- Increase the residency time of catalytic conversion
- Efficient and stabilized anion inert wet anion resin for SOx and CO2 removal
- Hydrophilic nature of catalyst bed efficient to reduce NOx, CO and HC. there are no requirement of water for catalytic conversion
- For SPM reduction water sytem designed through considring the dew point of gases.
- Mist absorber provided for advance safety and as per rules and regulation of environment safety.
